Privacy
Short version: what you type into the survey is the only personal information we collect. We also log basic, anonymous usage data — like which buttons you click — to understand how the page is used. We don't sell or share your information, and nothing goes to a third party.
What's collected
Only what you volunteer in the survey is personal: business type, a rough monthly cost estimate, urgency, free-text detail, and email if given. Every field is optional except business type. We also collect anonymous usage data as you use the page — that you visited, roughly how long you stayed, and which of the page's controls you used (popping a balloon, the peek button, the mobile wind-gust button) — tied to a temporary session ID, not to you.
While you're filling it out
An unfinished draft is saved in your browser so you can resume later. If you start the survey but don't submit, we log that a draft was started and which fields were touched, not their contents. Submitting or closing an empty survey clears the local draft.
No third-party tracking
This site loads no third-party analytics, ad pixels, or trackers. All data — survey answers and usage data alike — stays in our own database, never shared with or sold to anyone. Enforced by this page's own Content-Security-Policy, which blocks anything not served from barrowridge.com.
What happens after you submit
Your answers are stored in a private database, used only to follow up with you about what you described and to notice patterns across submissions — which kinds of problems come up, and how often. A daily internal summary of new submissions is emailed to the founder through Resend, a transactional email provider — that's the one outside party your information passes through, solely to reach us, never for its own use. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
Removing your information
Email hello@barrowridge.com and ask — we'll remove your submission and any usage data tied to your session.
